    First off it was received fast as normal in excellent condition. I have purchased 5 phones over the years for my mom on this site and they were great up until my last purchases. I returned a phone because it was not unlocked. I reordered from this seller and the phone was not unlocked as well. The phone could not dial out. I spent 6 hours with a T-Mobile specialist. I ended up having to trade the phone to get another phone after already purchasing this phone. Smh I am not sure what has changed with backmarket. Before there use to be options to purchase T-Mobile unlocked phones. I had no issues every. Now they are selling this unlocked to all carriers. This seems to be the issue considering I am a returning customer. Unfortunately, Backmarket phones no longer with my carrier. :(

    Battery is at 86%.. which is technically within what they said but it would have been a lot nicer to get a 90% or higher for "Excellent" condition. Battery just doesn't feel great and drains pretty quickly when in use.
