    Worst experience, may as well buy thru eBay or direct from Apple. Ordered on 3/7/26 and still nothing on 3/19. Don’t trust all sellers on here and obviously there is no vetting of sellers- service support response times are too long to get help. Additionally, how can refurbished prices be more than Apple charges for brand new phones.

    Never received it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. I ordered on 03/11/2026 and delivery date kept delaying. Says it was delivered on 03/20/2026 but never received anything called USPS and they said it was not directed to my address even though I provided my address on this website. I notified back market ahead of time and let them know the shipping companies were given a different address but they brushed me off and now I waited this entire week for nothing. I have no phone and it’s the same exact price as Apple brand new phones
