    the system was a true replacement for the one i had that was struck by lightning. I never thought the system could be replaced, but this system was almost identical to the one i had. The only thing it needed was the graph card from my old system the card was struck but it wasn't. so itook the old hard drive swaped it with the one that came with this system powered it up and bang i had all the data i had on my system. Iam so happy Iwould recommend this site to anyone to save a bunch of money

    It arrived on time and in good packaging but the laptop and charger were dirty. On top of that, there is a screw missing on the bottom. I'm not sure if that was there before they received the item to refurbish or if they forgot it after the fact. The price of the laptop at MSRP was definitely not over 3,000 also.

    I've had this computer for a while now. almost a year at this point. Work beautifully. hHad to install a graphics card 3060 ti just perfectly fits. though the graphics card stabilizer had to be removed and I had to get a new one. but no harm no foul I should have done a bit more research. And I had to install a power unit that supports a graphics card but that was easy and cheaper than expected. other than that it works phenomenally and those issues weren't actually issues. Just modifications really.

    Laptop was packed amazingly, bubble wrap sleeve for the laptop and a thick outer layer of normal bubble wrap so the laptop would not move. Was actually hard to remove the laptop out from its padding that good, I don’t know if this is something I just missed but I would have loved a air compressor blow on the laptop before being sent it had weird yellow chunks at the bottom like a crusty almost yellow chunks and some stuff in the keyboard not a deal breaker but if you have to things or allergies I would suggest having a loved one open up your package and clean it for you to avoid a problem other then that the laptop is in great condition and works well.
