    I ordered the purple iPhone 12 128 GB. I got a blue one. I have ordered several times from back market. I can send this phone back (and be without a phone for who knows how long) or get a 5% refund. There is a $20 price difference between the phone I got and the phone I ordered.

    This was my third order with you. I used you based on my previous good experiences. This one wasn’t so great. I was sent the wrong item. What I wanted was in stock. When I returned the item, they refunded the money instead of replacing. When I went to ask questions on an open chat, the chat thread was promptly closed. If I reorder, will they honor the promo code from the initial order? Disappointed with follow up.

    I bought a iPhone 11 for 350 dollars it said the the phone was dilevered but when I call the shipping company after 12 days because I don't live in the us so I would have to wait 2 weeks for my package the shipping company told me they don't have that tracking number in there system so I contacted black market and after waiting for 3 weeks for them to investigate now they are telling me that I can't get a phone or my money back please be very careful of these scammers ya'll don't even deserve one star

    just bought a phone thats says excellent rating. received it but battery has 78 percent capacity and phone has message of “battery capacity significantly downgraded “ i understand there is a warranty but i just got this because the last one i bought failed internally cpu, just frustrating going through shipping item out. why would your sellers not disclose this information about the battery which is pretty much what buyers want to avoid?
