    Less than 3 months in and the phone is having problems with random shut downs, uncontrollable touch screen and settings issues. This is the second 11 Pro I have bought on Back Market that did not work well within the warranty period. I don't know if this model is not the best or if it's just some back luck. The previous one I bought turned into a completely unusable device so I sent it back under the 12 month warranty and had it repaired. Couldn't wait for a week to not have a phone so purchased another, same model iPhone and sold the repaired phone when it was returned to us.

    The phone looks beautiful and is in great shape. My only complaint is that the battery will only fully charge to 91% which tells me when it was refurbed the battery wasn't changed. A battery change isn't super expensive. I can't return it as it was a birthday present to my daughter, but even she realizes it's not quite "good as new".

    It was a pretty good experience. Phone came and only had 2 nicks on the screen, and a couple scratches in the paint. The phone was fair quality so this was expected. The only problem is that the battery had a 79% capacity when it should have 85%. Will look into that, but overall great buy!

    product was suppose to be in good working order and in excellent condition. it came as described but for the condition but the internals were not check to all be fully functioning. One of the internal mic was bad and i had it checked by apple and 2 third party repair before sending it back and getting a refund. just waste of time.

    First, I ordered a red one and got a black. I don't like how I have to swipe up from the bottom to open a screen; it's doesn't always work right (and this is probably a design thing; it just takes me multiple swipes to get it to work). When texting someone, my screen will suddenly jump to the top of the conversation and I have to scroll down to get back to the current. Other than that, it's working good for me and was easy to set up when I got it.
