    Quality was way better than fair (which is what I chose). No screen scratches, the *tinniest* dent near the volume buttons. Phone came fast. Check which company your phone is coming from and read those reviews. Comes with a REALLY cheap charger, that was the only bummer.

After ordering to replace the same model iphone, the order arrived in minimal packaging, which contained SIM card keys and a non oem charging cable. I also got the extended warranty, just in case. It’s been just over a week and no issues so far. Overall easy peasy very pleased with the phone and quality of the product. I ordered an excellent condition phone and the battery was condition was 91%. Good stuff.

    The service and ease of purchasing are awesome. I’m deducting one star because of the phone itself. I bought an iPhone SE3 with a new battery installed. The phone doesn’t recognize the battery as an Apple product and the battery life is awful.

    I have had great experiences with Back Market, and this was no different! Shipping and communication are great, quality is great, no complaints. The only reason I knocked this down to four stars is because I felt like there was a bit more wear on the edges of the screen than I expected for excellent condition, but it’s a minor nitpick.     Scrolling through these reviews, it looks like this company's business model is to allow buyers to return the subpar products if they notice their flaws as opposed to actually quality testing the merchandise they claim to certify. This is my second attempt to purchase this phone from Back Market this month. When my first phone arrived, the camera wouldn't focus. When I contacted Apple Support, they informed me that my battery was severely degraded and was causing problems with the overall performance of my device. I returned the phone and received a refund and then proceeded to order the same model device again. I ordered the iPhone 12 mini 128GB - Black and received the iPhone 12 mini in Midnight. Back Market claims to guarantee at least 80% battery capacity on all of their refurbished phones, yet straight out of the box this one too was at 75%. I tried to contact customer support and keep getting the same automated response urging me to return the device and try again. I need a new phone and have now wasted almost a month trying to get this to work. Extremely frustrated with what I thought was a reputable company.

    Ordered the IPhone 12 in "fair" condition and i would say cosmetically it was in "good" condition. The battery life is awful, however. I do spend a lot of time on my phone, but my battery will drain from 100% to dead in about 3 hours. This is wildly inconvenient, for obvious reasons. Also I have a permanent notification in my settings that says "important display message!" that is due to non apple factory parts being used in the refurbishment.
