    I paid for a the iphone to come in excellent condition just for it to arrive with a ton of scratches on the front and the back. The phone wasn’t even clean. Looked like someone took their greasy hands and packaged it up. I know in the description for excellent it says that there might be slight scratches not visible closer within 8 inches but that wasn’t the case for this phone. The scratches were visible a mile away. They were so bad that I didn’t even turn the phone on to see if it functioned properly. (Hence why I gave the battery life and camera face an in the middle review because I don’t know about them) I will be returning and reordering in a different color to see if I actually get a decent phone. If not I will try my luck with Amazon.

    I just received my iphone SE 2022 and it is not what I thought it would be. It is bigger than what I ordered. This one is 5.7 inches and I ordered the 4.7" phone. Size is a big deal to me so I may send back for a refund. Disappointed.

    THIS PHONE WAS NOT CHECKED THOROUGHLY UPON SELLING- I was disappointed to receive my phone with a broken volume button and ringer switch. Even worse than this, one week within getting the phone, it randomly shut down and the apple logo would glitch. It said I needed to plug into a computer to restore the software. After this didn't work, I had to pay over $50 to get it fixed at the store. Turns out, the hardwiring in the phone was out of place. Because it's second hand, the plates in the wiring were damaged from water previously, and the slightest touch made them unfunctional. DO NOT RECOMMEND - save extra money spent on repairs. I was expecting them to keep their word on selling in full functionality & quality.
