    The phone arrived with a 79% battery health and a non-genuine rear camera module, causing the phone to freeze every time I opened the Camera app and selected Portrait mode. After a few days, the camera stopped working altogether, displaying only a black screen. I had to take it to Apple to resolve these issues, costing me $300.

    Purchased 2 IPhone 13 minis from Hybrid It, purchased both in excellent condition both came in fair condition. I hesitantly kept one of them, because the screen wasn’t that bad the back is terrible though. Dents, every inch of the back scratched. The second one I returned, the screen had gouges you couldn’t even put a screen protector on. This was so disappointing, I will continue to sell my phones to Back Market but I doubt I’ll ever purchase again. Only redeeming factor, was the very quick refund.

    The item is perfect, shipping fast and safety, but this site is very very complicated to release my purchase. I felt embarrassed and it’s not fair with the new client. I understand that in my first purchase, I need my identity myself, with my ID, and I waited days and days for analysis. It’s ok! But in second purchase I did the same process, thinking everything it’s ok with my registration, but it’s not. My purchase was canceled, and the problem started…It’s too much for me now.
