    I got my phone as I was going out the door for a trip to CA. My current location until 11/30. The screen was so dark. That I could only see it with a light on it. It was VERY warm to hot. This is the same problem with the phone that this was to replace. I was going thru Back M advice on checking the phone & found out about Display & Text size. That corrected the darkness problem. All good now, I'm a happy camper now.

    The phone itself is an awesome phone with a great camera and great performance, but the cosmetics could have been better. I paid for an excellent-grade phone, but the screen came slightly scratched, and the back had a few scratches on it as well. Also, though not sure if this is a requirement to sell, but the phone did not come reset, and had several apps and settings from the previous owner. Would be better if the phone came to the buyer reset. Great phone, but I think BackMarket's delivery could have been a little better for paying for an excellent-grade phone.

    Excellent quality, the phone did it's job diligently through all of the chaos I put it through. The only reason I had to purchase another phone is due to my own ignorance when replacing the glass screen, I cut the lcd/digitizer ribbon. The phone still works, I just can't see what it's doing lol.
