    I know I had picked fair when I was searching for a iPhone 11 because I was limited on funds so I found this one the price was right in my budget and it 256 gb just what I was looking for. The shipping was fast oh on top I like that this company supports military and I was able to get a unexpected discount. If and when I need to buy a phone this will be the place for sure.     I previously had an iphone 11 64gb, not a lot of storage, so I bought one off here and got the 256gb. For “excellent”condition it’s pretty good! The only scratch is near the cameras but nothing that affects the camera. The battery health is at 87% which is better considering mine was at 82%. Overall glad with my purchase!

    I was shocked to receive a phone that was, at best, at Fair condition, when I had paid for an Excellent condition phone. There were extensive scratch marks, dents, and dings, including on the camera. When I reached out to customer service, saying I'd be okay with getting a partial refund, they only offered a refund of $31.60. This would total the price of a Great condition phone, which this phone definitely is not. It's too bad that the quality control is not higher. Will be buying my phone somewhere else.
