    The phone that I received has a loud crackle sound when used on speaker phone, or when videos/audio are played from the phone speakers. As such, I believe that it was sold as being in better condition than it actually is in. Everything else seems to be in good working order but this makes the phone incredibly frustrating to use day-to-day. I would like to be able to receive a partial refund or to get a replacement phone from backmarket but this does not seem to be possible. There also is not a good option to speak directly with the refurbisher about my issue. As such I will now have to buy a replacement elsewhere (not on Back Market after this experience) before returning my phone. There should be some way to hold refurbishers accountable to the condition they say their phone is in.

    I ordered an excellent condition Iphone SE 2020. The phone came in a good condition (some few scratches on the body but nothing too noticeable) and with 89% battery health. I am happy with the phone I got. I wish the packaging was a little more presentable and that it came with more than just a charging cable, but I'm happy with the phone.
