    I bought two of the same phone; one for me and one for my wife. They came from different refurbishers. The one for my wife is great, no problems, love it. Mine had a problem that could not be fixed by BM or my phone service carrier, so it is currently en routr back to the seller. Let's hope they just send me a different one that works, then I will be very satified with my purchase!

    I ordered a wifi only model and received a wifi / cellular model. it's no big deal, I wasn't informed of this and my receipt still states you sold me a wifi only model. not sure if there will be a problem if I have to use my warranty later on.

    I purchased the iPhone 12 mini black, excellent condition. I will say it was in perfect condition overall. there were a few very super microscopic scratches on the screen, but it doesn’t really matter because you don’t notice them. I will also say on the left side of the screen next to the very edge theres these weird little like bubble looking things I think it was from when they just opened up the phone to fix it up but it’s not obvious unless you really try to look for it and when the screen is on you can’t even tell. the mic is good. It takes in audio very well and I know that from when I listen with my AirPods, but the speaker on the phone is not so great and doesn’t go that loud. It’s not dirt in the speaker, the speaker is just bad (but if I send someone a vid and they play it on their device it sounds good) but the mic is good so no complaints on that. I will say the phone dies somewhat fast (my battery health is 82%) but it also charges super super fast. Besides all these minor imperfections, I will see the phone is excellent and the camera quality is amazing and all these minor defects do not really affect my use with the phone so overall I really recommend the refurbished iPhone 12 mini and I recommend back market. They are a good and reliable company.

    Battery capacity came at 91% and since has drained to 88% and there are slight scratches and dents on the phone but that’s to be expected you get what you paid for but other than that it’s pretty good I’d definitely buy from your site again

    I was happy with the process to buy the phone. However, when I unpackaged it and checked it out, it only had 78% of battery capacity and there was a notice that battery needed to be replaced. I requested a return label, sent the phone back and received full refund promptly. No complaints about Back Market service. I would suggest that battery capacity be included in the technical specs for each phone listed.

    So, this is my second iphone xs that I ordered from the back market back to back. I ordered both the phones in excellent condition and received both on 76 percent battery health which is pathetic and there is no replacement or repair option even though they have a warranty for one year. I am not at all happy with this service. They did not even meet the advertised minimum battery health percentage which is 80 percent.
