    This was a counterfeit. The pencil sensitivity didn’t work. I took it to Apple and the same pencil had hundreds of cases reported to Apple….sure sign of counterfeit. It looks almost exactly like the real thing. Lighter font, slightly smaller gap between tip and pencil, very slightly different end cap finish. Don’t trust.

    iPhone came promptly and works well, but the phone gets pretty hot to the touch when it's on for an extended period of time. I've not experienced that before with a phone, unless using it in direct sunlight, so I'm a bit worried it's indicating there's something wrong with the phone.     The worst company ever! I will never be buying from here again. I have bought phones from here in the past and I’ve ranted and raved even suggested others to use this website and now I feel like a fool! They must be specializing in their phones because after only 2 hours of having my iPad and Apple Pencil I noticed the problems. Last night, my iPad crashed on me for the last time and will not turn back on/the screen stays black but you can touch the display and hear feedback. Also my apple pencil(2nd gen) is blinking red and I was unable to find any information about what that could mean online, and the only thing I can find is it’s a result (internal damage) of not being charged/connected…. How???? This is extremely upsetting. I needed this for work and school and now I don’t even want it anymore nor a replacement! Thanks a bunch.
