    One of the two phones was shipped with a depleted battery. The seller offered to replace the battery, but only if I mailed it back, waited for them to fix it and then return it to me. Since I have already migrated all my data over, that would be completely unacceptable. I offered to send them the receipt from the Apple Store repair ($50) where I could have the fix done while I wait, but they refused. They sent this phone knowing full well that it was at < 75% battery health, and then put the burden on me. I am not impressed.
