    Delivery and customer service were great. Only issue is that when I order and pay the price for the "excellent" version of the iPhone d's I at least expect Not to find screen scratches that you can catch a finger nail on. I could have accepted abrasion or scratches on the side or back. The seller should and could identify the scratch flaws and mrntion in the sales add for that exact model being purchased.

    Hello, This is my second time purchasing a phone through this site and I was very excited to receive my order. However, I was very disappointed of the quality of the phone when it arrived. I ordered an Excellent condition iPhone XS and it does NOT fit the description of an "Excellent" condition phone as laid out on your quality standards page. The phone has a large a mount of scratches to the top right corner of the phone and as well as all around the outer bezel. It has a large amount of small of abrasions on the screen as well as a few deeper gouges on the top right of the screen. The speaker mesh is not clean and has dust/debris in them. The rear camera has a chip taken out of the trim in the lower left. There is also condensation under the lens that is viewable from the outside of the phone but also makes pictures/videos extremely blurry. This makes me suspect that this phone had prior water damage. The last phone that I ordered from your site was of "Excellent" quality as well and I was very happy with that order, it was in near new condition and made me very confident to do business with you in the future. After receiving my most recent order I no longer feel this way. The phone that I received in this order barley met the "Good" appearance and technical condition standards laid out on your website.
