    I love my iphone that came in the mail. it looks super nice. looks like there isn't any prior damage. I was super satisfied with the product.However though, the battery takes a while to charge, about 5-5 hours to get a complete charge, even after purchasing a fast 20w usb-c to lightning charger. It sometimes says, water has been detected in the usb port, so it stops charging, even though I was nowhere near water. but other than that, I am satisfied with the condition it came in, and that everything else works. Just the battery is the only area where I have an issue.

    Great price for the phone. Looked like new. I had some problems with the battery reporting wrong percent , that was only disturbing point, but after 2 complete drain-recharge cycles it seems to be improving. The battery was just stuck at 1% for a long time and sometimes at 38%. Other then that no problems at all, and would buy again here considering the price and quality inspection and warranty.

    Unfortunately, one of the two magsafe chargers we bought broke the second time we used it. The metal on the watch charger portion was weak apparently and upon lifting it up to place a watch on it, the charger broke. I'm not sure how to return this to BackMarket or to contact the seller. Any help would be appreciated.

    The quality of the product is in fact excellent and I ordered an excellent. The delivery was quick, received package within 72 hours of ordering. The only thing I am experiencing is sometimes the phone will not fully charge at night and i'm not sure why. However, this an iPhone that came out in 2018.     I ordered 64GB iPhone 11 Pro in midnight green in the “Very Good” condition and it came basically as new, no cosmetic damage or scratches – only thing is that the battery capacity is at 91%. Fast shipping, great communication, great return policy, I would order from here again. I’d even consider going with one of the lower quality conditions to see how good they are. Doesn’t come with a box but does come with charger.
