    The Apple Watch arrived quick and was packaged well. It was in decent condition - as expected, but it did not actually work. The cellular part was not able to be fixed. I am very disappointed this was sold as “refurbished” gps + cellular, when the cellular part was not functioning and could not function. I contacted the seller and they were really great, however this was a gift and time sensitive. I have always ordered apple refurbished products but this was the first time I have ordered from this website. I am very hesitant to use this website again. I will say the customer service end is exceptional. I needed this to work as described upon arrival. I wasted hours of my time trying to figure out the problem and attempt to get it to work. I don’t have time to waste like that. I just went out and bought it brand new. It’s frustrating.

    It was almost twice the thickness and made of different materials of an actual Apple MagSafe charger. The magnet in this device was also incredibly weak. It would shift around on my phone, and would disconnect with the smallest movement. Also noticed that anything the magnet aka made of metal would turn the battery pack on when it got close in proximity.

    The galaxy tab a 10.1 is just like new in perfect condition. It arrived in 3 days as promised. It runs fast as it open apps quickly.I wanted it primarily for streaming so it suits my purposes well until I am ready for an upgrade. I will probably use this service again because it's a practical option for buying entertainment devices. Paying full price for the latest stuff is expensive and unhealthy for the environment.
