    The product was as expected. the customer service was awesome and delivery was on time. Unfortunately the day I received it I dropped the phone and shattered the screen! I just had the screen replaced and the technician who replaced it was very complimentary as to the condition of the phone!     The refurbished iPhone 7 32GB arrived very quickly and in beautiful condition. Looks like new. The battery life is 86% has a plug but no adapter. This was for my husband who doesn't use much space or apps. WE never buy or wanted the newest phone and are happy with the older refurbished phones. So, this sale makes us happy with this company and I most likely will be buying an iPhone 7 plus with more GB space for myself. I will defiantly recommend this company.

    The mouse just doesn’t do…mouse things. There’s a significant lag/latency while using, regardless of surface (mouse pad, cloth, table, etc) that makes the arrow drag noticeably further behind from where it should be. My $15 Logitech mouse works great.
