    Phone arrived quickly and well packed in sturdy corrugated cardboard box and bubble wrap. Condition was "as advertised" (i.e. Very Good or A). I was able to move my Consumer Cellular SIM card from my old iPhone 5S to the new iPhone with no problems. Battery seems to hold full charge and have successfully updated to latest iOS release. I'm certainly happy so far with the new phone.

    The phone I recognize was very good quality, but the only complaint I have is the fact that I paid approx. $80 more for an excellent condition phone, and when I checked the battery health it was below 80%. I wish for the extra money they would’ve at least replaced the battery. Otherwise, no complaints, shipping was fast and good communication on when my phone was shipped.

    Device was defective. The Apple Pencil showed up as two separate devices. The pressure sensor was not working, even tried new tips on it. Nothing worked, so sent back to seller and waiting on a refund. Bought a new one and all the features worked flawlessly. So. Seller tried giving us a faulty product that they clearly didn’t thoroughly test

    We bought an "unlocked" iPhone 8. The phone came in bubble wrap, which was placed loosely in a box. Then once we tried to activate the phone, it told us it was carrier locked. I'm sure it was a fluke but there are ways to check the IMEI to ensure it's unlocked. Just kind of depressing.
