The battery is terrible on this phone, the only reason I changed from the X is because I had to charge that a few times a day. The 11 is no better.. I’m really disappointed and can’t seem to get in touch with anyone to get any information.. I would appreciate it if someone got in touch with me!

The products firmware was never updated. It would not work or update to any phone. The watch was never usable and finally after 2 weeks I received a refund. I was never told what actually happened. They can’t do an exchange for some reason either. This is the 2nd time this has happened with an item from back market.

The phone was suppose to be reset. Yet, when I looked into my call forwarding options. All my calls were being forwarded to an unknown number. It was hard to get this to stop as it would not load the page where I can turn off call forwarding. Super sketchy. Not sure why that would have been set up, as that takes a manual set up, and if the phone was completely reset, that shouldn’t have been the case. Very sketchy and I think it was intentional.

I never owned an Apple pencil before so when it came I wasn't aware that the low pressure sensitivity and inability to connect unless I attached it to the iPad side magnet every time was abnormal. I rarely used it because it was so unwieldy, even though it had been marked as being in Good condition. I just assumed all Apple pencils were like that. Three months after purchase, it stopped being able to make marks at all even though it was still being detected by the iPad via Bluetooth. According to an Apple store tech, the sensor had died, even though I barely used the pencil and never dropped it. When I used the warranty to replace the faulty pencil, I was sent a fake that had zero pressure sensitivity at all and no serial number. Thankfully, Back Market refunded me the entire amount I originally paid for the pencil but judging by the numerous reviews about being sent fake Apple pencils, their quality assurance for vendors could use more work.

I ordered the "excellent" condition iPhone XR. Although the screen was nice and scratch-free, there are a few nicks in the aluminium and multiple smaller pits in the metal. Also, the back glass of the phone has numerous marks which I found impossible to clean off. Although the phone seems to be completely functional, these cosmetic defections are absolutely visible from 8" away, and this phone feels more like a phone in "good" or "fair" condition to me than "excellent". Phone also came slightly dirty, with some grime stuck inbetween the back glass and frame (especially visible on the white model), although I was able to clean most of it off.
