    I received the moto promptly. It was as described, mostly 'like new' condition. Charger + cable + the little SIM tool were included - basically, I got a new phone. It works fine with my open android lineageOS.org flavor operating system installed. I use fdroid to download apps. Battery seems in very good condition, I can go over a day without having to charge even when using it for radio via my Bluetooth speakers (Audioengine ).

    I am very pleased to have contacted Backmarket and I have received one of the nicest phones, that's 3 years old, but in new condition, at 1/3rd the price of a "new" new phone. I plan to keep this phone for probably 10 years, and am happy that it was fully unlocked, making the leap from prepaid Total Wireless to T-Mobile Connect that much easier. It's also great that the phone has 512GB of memory, even if the manufacturer number didn't match up to that size, it does indeed have 512GB of memory, so I am pleased as can be with this purchase, there was nothing wrong with the phone, and it came with a charger and some earphones, and everything was as if I had bought the phone brand new at the store, 4 years ago.

    The phone was perfect! Only "problem" I has was the charger wasn't actually a charger but a cord thats supposed to connect 2 phones and the Sim card remover was missing 😅.
