    They sent me an Apple Watch that I could not use, and then when I asked for a replacement they said they didn’t have any and that I would have to wait for a refund. I get there is not much else they can do but it’s be great if they would actually make sure that their products are working properly.

    This is my 3rd purchase from Back Market. Every phone has been exactly as described. This S20 Ultra is like new. The screen is immaculate and the body shows no scratches or wear either. The battery life is impressive. I like that it is backed by a 12 month warranty. I had no trouble transferring my data from my old phone with Samsung Switch. So far so good! I'll be looking to upgrade my daughter's phone soon, and will be coming back to Back Market to do so.

    I am very satisfied with my purchase from BackMarket. I had a technical problem after having my phone for seven months and was approved for repair. My only problem was it took several weeks to get this done through the messaging service. This was frustrating, especially when they told me my warranty was voided. But when I was finally able to speak to someone by phone, it was solved in a matter of days and I have now been issued me a full refund. The last person that I actually spoke to was amazing.

    Phone came on time, perfectly clean. Pixel 6 is a relatively large phone and has some weight to it, but it's fantastic for the price. Definitely get the regular 6 unless you plan on doing professional photography or videos or something with the pro's camera. Can't justify the price increase otherwise. Pixel 6 is a great phone so far!
