    I was honestly a little skeptical since I’ve never shopped sites like this, but man I’m impressed. I pad is perfect. The only thing I would improving is the shipping box was just cardboard and tape. I wish it had more protection incase it was dropped during transport. I would shop here again

    My Imac 27 arrived quickly, packaged safely, and I've only found one scratch on it that I frequently cover with a sticky note. It works well and has been an asset to the family business and office. the screen is gigantic and convenient to split between two or three windows for productivity without a second monitor. I updated it to MacOS Sonoma and it does run a little slow especially while running DaVinci Resolve, but still worth every penny spent.

    Great condition! So stoked to have found this device at such a discount. Works perfectly out of the box plug and play (I just had to download the proper drivers for my dell xps to recognize the thunderbolt dock first). It has exactly the number of ports I needed and the condition/appearance is practically like new! One thing to note that I didn’t realize before is a 130w dock will only send through 90w charging to the laptop which is not enough to power mine to peak performance. But the seller made this dock so affordable that I can buy a new 180w power cord from Dell to pass through the whole 130w to my laptop and it will still have been cheaper than most 180w thunderbolt docks, especially with this amount of ports! I definitely recommend this dock if you have an XPS 15. I had never used Back Market before so was apprehensive but the seller had good ratings so I went ahead and took the chance. So glad I did! Will definitely be checking out Back Market again next time I need new electronics.

    Laptop was shipped/packaged in good condition and works as expected. However, the charger that came with the laptop does not work... Specifically, as the charging cord is made up of two pieces, the piece that connects to the laptop itself does not work. Tested this by switching this part with my older but similar Dell model laptop charger. Outside of that issue, a good overall experience.
