    I’ve purchased two of these. (Same seller) My first was broken by my children. 🥴 I’ve absolutely loved them both. I had no issues with the first. Also no issues with the second thus far. Excellent condition as stated. It is fast and sleek looking. Facial recognition, fingerprint entry, backlit keyboard, and the sound is great. (Some of my favorite features) I haven’t had many laptops but this is my favorite by far. I don’t have a ton of reasons for needing one but I can’t think of anything more I would need in a laptop even if I did. One of my best purchases to date. 10/10. Fast shipping from seller as well. 😊

    This was the second purchase I've made through BackMarket and both have been successful; the first was an iPhone 6si, purchased in 2018, which I still use in my office to play music through YouTube music and home wifi, since I've upgraded to an iPhone 13mini as my main phone. So far, I've been pleased with the purchase of the Mac mini 3.2 GHz 512gb - 32GB refurbished machine. Although, I questioned whether I should have purchased the same unit with 64GB of memory since I use a lot of applications, most of them being Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, I've been surprisingly pleased with the performance I'm getting from just 32GB of memory. Recently, I upgraded to the newest Mac OS, Sonoma, 14.3.1 and everything runs flawlessly. Overall, I've been very pleased with my purchase through BackMarket. There are other refurbished items I've seen on the site that I plan to purchase in time. The ability to use Affirm to loan me funds for the Mac mini purchase and future purchases is a super added bonus!

    Laptop came in great condition and was packaged greatly. No damages at all. I bought the good condition and i am very satisfied with it. The only reason i would give this laptop a 4 star instead of 5 is that the battery life is concerning me. It drains quite fast but still very usable for a few hours without charge.
