    I hate that I’m having to make this complaint as I am so happy with my first two purchases. I’ve already sent one phone back (3rd purchase) because the grading wasn’t accurate and the screen was really scratched. I just received another phone (4th purchase) and paid for excellent grading, and again, the screen has many scratches when it should have none at all. My only option is to send it back and choose again, or go somewhere else. I’d be happy to have a partial refund for the correct grading and call it good.
