    I am pleased to this moment in time. I have only had it about a week. Had a glitch tonight with texting that was weird but don’t think that had so much to do with the hardware. I am still getting over the theft of my previous iPhone. That forced me to get another and go through the process of setting it up again. All in all, I think I’m very happy…that’s kinda odd huh! My cell provider was impressed however!

    I'm quite pleased with my purchase! I requested an excellent exterior, and it truly delivered – the product looked impeccable, like new. Additionally, I asked for a new battery, and it was indeed brand new – 100% maximum capacity when I powered it on. However, my confidence in the battery's quality has diminished slightly after two weeks of usage. During this period, its maximum capacity has decreased by 6%, and I have a subjective impression that it drains quickly. Nevertheless, the one-year guarantee gives me peace of mind.

    I got the phone and the condition was as expected with a few dings on the back, but upon setting up and choosing a voice for Siri the speaker had this extreme tin and grainy sounding attribute, but I thought it must just be a fluke in my brain so I continued setup. When finally finishing and playing a song, I realized it was in fact no fluke and the speaker was very rattly and tinny as if it was dunked in water or a cheap replacement of some sort. The battery health was also only at 80% the very bottom of what was promised and definitely not what anyone would hope for given I spent over 400 dollars on this phone. When contacting support about getting some sort of solution for the speaker, they alerted me a partial refund was not available and my only two options would be to wait up to two weeks for them to do an exchange or wait just as long for a return to process. I do not have this time to go without a phone, nor the money to buy a backup while waiting. I am extremely disappointed by the support I was given and definitely do not recommend BackMarket or at least this seller to anyone in the future, especially given how much better eBay prices are. I had thought paying the extra 50-100 would be worth it for a quality check but was definitely wrong. A final message to anyone looking to buy from here would be to look elsewhere and not waste your good money!! UPDATE; The screen also has burn in of the TikTok homepage… ridiculous!!
