    iPhone 13 mini arrived in Excellent condition and everything was going swimmingly till I was Transferring Data from iPhone SE 3rd gen to 13 Mini. The 13 mini was stuck in "setup" for 3½ hours, got very hot and after I Cancelled Setup I was locked out of phone- could not get to "passcode" screen, could not Force Reset or Turn Off! The 13 mini was getting so hot that I wrapped it in paper towel and stuck it in the freezer. Batter was charged to full and on charger while Setting up, but within 3 hours of canceling setup battery was down to 3%. Not sure how this got past QC but hopefully it can be resolved.

    The computer is a little slow, which is to be expected from an older model but my work MacBook (a year older) runs better. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Love the MacAir laptop because it’s lightweight and small to transport in purses. I have no complaints with Back Market though! Swift shipping, easy trade-in process, and great variety of used electronics. As someone who is trying to be eco-conscious, I appreciate a company like Back Market existing for the everyday consumer.

    It had WAY more scratches on the edges than I expected but I put on a case and you can’t tell - it looks great. Everything else is wonderful - the screen is clear, the battery is fresh.. highly recommend if you don’t mind a some scratches underneath the case!
