    I had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered a downgrade phone since I am a fan of the round button. Picked the premium condition and the biggest problem was that the screen was not placed properly, it was a bit slide down, so that you can see how it goes outside of the “body”. The case could not “sit properly because the screen is out. True tone feature was not present too. It is just so disappointing that you were promised “everything”, and still received a phone with a display problem. And yes, even though the phone look good, battery is 100%, it is corresponds to the premium condition, the display problem is a big thing. I did contact the support and they gave me 14 days to return the device, however, I chose not to wait another 3 weeks-month and I don’t have a feeling that they will actually fix the display problem and send the phone back to me. I am also worried that another problem is gonna happen. So be aware that if you guaranteed a premium condition, it is not guaranteed as described.

    Phone works exceptionally well! Showed up with no noticeable damage from travel, and the transfer process was very simple from old phone to the new one. I AM, however, a bit disappointed that there is one DEEP scratch and a few minor scratches in the screen. I dunno if I would consider the particular one I bought in “good” condition… more like fair to me. Other than that, very happy. Wish I could’ve paid a little less for one with a handful of scratches in the front screen.
