    I ordered this phone in good condition; honestly, it could have been marked as excellent. There were very minor scratches on the screen with the rest of the phone in perfect condition. It came with a new battery as I requested, and so far everything has been working really well (it's only been a day, tho, so I can't really say for sure that nothing is wrong with it, but I'm inclined to believe that it's good). Shipping and delivery were incredibly fast. The only things I noticed (and these these aren't major problems- just things I noticed purchasing a used phone) were 1.) when I went to put my sim card in, there was already a SIM card in the slot (a Walmart-branded one) and 2.) the charging cord that came with was not a genuine Apple charger (again, not a problem at all for me, but if that matters to you then just a heads up). I also noticed that the phone seems to get really hot when charging, like unreasonably hot on the edges and back if it's not being charged with an official Apple charger (even tho it's a new battery) but for the cost that I got this phone, I would say it's totally worth it!

    This phone works amazing. It was in excellent condition.The storage capacity was awesome. This is the 3rd phone I've purchased from Back market. We are a big family and it's expensive to replace broken phones. BUT.....With back market I never stress about price. I get a great deal every single time.
