    I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The seller ‘itsWorthMore’ had the best price for a Very Good quality phone. On arrival it looked like very good quality and no problems. Within a month the screen started clicking and coming undone from the framing. The top section also started coming unseparated. BackMarket usually has great customer service and I sent the phone back. Seller claimed it was out of warranty because it’s falling apart and sent it back, unrepaired. I had a local shop look at it- the lcd was not installed correctly. There was no adhesive or seal used. The seller or someone before them attempted to reglue the frame near the volume switch but the plastic was broken, it can’t be glued. The back glass was a metal aftermarket panel. I’m now stuck with a phone that I can’t keep in my pocket because it will likely come apart again due to the framing being previously broken and the phone poorly refurbished.

    It works perfectly and looks great. I got exactly what I purchased and in better condition than I expected. I was totally fine with some scratching and cosmetic damage, but it arrived with only some barely-noticeable scratching. I didn’t notice any of the bending that others seemed worried about. It’s able to run heavier programs quickly and responds perfectly to the Apple Pencil 2. It even arrived earlier than anticipated. The charger worked correctly but was somewhat difficult to get in and out, so for my own ease I purchased an apple brand one; but it would have worked.

    I purchased an iPhone 12 from ItsWorthMore.. Awesome phone and Excellent Seller.. This is my 2nd purchase from BackMarket.. I was a little disappointed with my 1st purchase from a different seller due to battery being closer to 85% threshold and decided to look for a phone with a new battery at a little higher cost... IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT.. Extremely happy with my purchase and with ItsWorthMore who has a great rating compared with some of the other sellers on BackMarket.. I believe ItsWorthMore only sells "Good" & "Excellent" condition phones.. The only one available to me at time of purchase was one in "Good" condition.. I was a little concerned about purchasing good condition phone but was pleasantly surprised when phone arrived in relatively pristine condition - I would rate condition as excellent... Going forward, I will only look for phones with upgraded/new batteries.

    LITERALLY THE BEST IPAD IVE GOTTEN! I have one from Apple straight, and the one I got from here is top tier, literally. I loveeeee it. After a week, contacted Backmarket support who contacted the vendor and then issued a refund. Would have rather received the phone, but refund was acceptable.     Extremely disappointed as the phone came with a boot up error (unlocked bootlogger) that required sending back to the same seller for attempted repairs. Why in the world would I trust sending the phone back to a seller who couldn't take 10 seconds before shipping to turn it on and see that all was not right? So my gift recipient could wait a number of days without a phone to see if it gets repaired or we have to start all over and order, putting her in a worse position than she was before I bought her the phone ! No thank you. We trusted backmarket before but now it's time to look at Amazon Renewed, Swappa, Gazelle or anyone else !
