    In the four days since I have received and set up the refurbished phone, the phone has unexpectedly shut down three times and I have been unable to restart it for 15 to 30 minutes. Each time, the phone was almost fully charged and did not restart upon multiple attempts to do a forced restart. I am extremely disappointed that the quality control procedures at Back Market that did not catch this issue.
