    The device was in excellent condition as stated; there were no scratches, cracks, or any obvious damage to the device. The battery life is really great, and I love the size, color, and features. The watch originally came with a black wrist band and charging cord. I can say this definitely did not disappoint.

    “Excellent” is not how I would describe the quality of the MacBook Pro I received. The shell was covered in scratches and a couple significant dings. The keys had gunk stuck under them leading me to believe the computer hadn’t even been cleaned. The screen doesn’t have any flaws and the functionality of the computer is fine so I’m not going through the hassle of returning it however I think Back Market should take more care in refurbishing their electronics to make sure they are the best they can be upon shipping them out to customers.

    I decided to purchase a iPhone 13 Pro from this seller because their asking price was competitive among the sea of iPhone refurbishers on BackMarket. This is the third iPhone I've purchased off BM and thankfully, it's the only one I won't have to request a return for. The iPhone was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. I purchased the phone in 'Good' condition and although it doesn't quite meet BM's description for 'Good', I can understand why the vendor labelled the phone as such. The back and sides of the iPhone (including the camera lenses) are flawless: no perceptible scratches, dings, or discoloration. The screen has a few scratches, two of them particularly noticeable but it doesn't affect the touchscreen's responsiveness and they're only visible when the screen is off. 'Good' is a fair label in my book. As for the software, it's snappy and apps are quick to load; a significant improvement over my aging Samsung. The battery life is at 88 percent, which is more than what I started with on my old Samsung Galaxy (that I purchased in 'Excellent' condition) and more than enough for my needs. iPhone 13s have an internal setting that limits charging in order to prolong battery life, so I'll be getting plenty of mileage with this battery. In short, my iPhone came out of the box working perfectly and I'm very happy with it!

    This is my 3rd purchase from Back Market for iOS devices in the last 5 years. My watch arrived on time and although only listed as 'fair' condition looks completely fine for everyday wear. As a 5 year old device its battery life with regular use has been just under 23hrs. It fully charges quickly, though making the battery life a nonissue with regular access to chargers. Charging during dinner works well, so as to use the watch for sleep monitoring and morning alarm. The size of the watch (40mm diag screen) is about 30mm Wx 35mm H and fits nicely on my wrist which is about 55mm wide. The band is 20mm wide and fits well on the second smallest hole. So far very happy with the purchase and process.
