    The device is fine. My 1-star review is due to deceptive practices around trade-ins. I bought this device in the same check-out flow as a trade-in of my existing iPad Pro (2018) which was estimated to bring $251 in trade-in value. Once received, the refurbisher "adjusted" the offer to $15. Had I know this kind of "adjustment" was possible I would have never bought anything from Back Market. I expect a future settlement from a class-action.

    Love the new iPad Pro. I traded in a 2018 for a 2021 due to the 2018 not being able to have a new battery put in. Luckily, I was able to get the same device but newer and it works with my older keyboard and pencil. Exact fit. AND, I was able to trade in my older version and everything transferred smoothly. Still waiting on the trade in money but expect that will go smoothly.

    I bought two of these Ipads, exactly the same, for my two daughters for Christmas. The devices are in perfect condition. I am so overjoyed that I bought new-to-us instead of brand new. My kids are just using these to stream and text friends, so the age, condition, and size was just right for our use. I would never buy brand-new again.     Setup was a breeze. I wouldn't have put this phone a excellent condition due to spots and ware to the edges. Near excellent or very good is more the description. I know as I was a supervisor for a refurbishment company, Ingram Micro. We have refurbished phones, laptops, and many other electronics.
