    It should have been labeled excellent condition! Works great. One minor issue when setting it up. Other than that I have no complaints. Delivery was fast. I’ve purchase several Apple products from back market and referred others. We have never had any major issues. Always quality products.

    I was looking for a powerful MacBook Pro 16” that was more current than my 2015. But didn’t want to pay the crazy prices in Apple. I found what I wanted for a really great price. It came in excellent condition and quickly. It works great. So thankful. I did purchase the extra year warranty. Lord willing I won’t need it. But I can’t comment on how their service is. Anyway I recommend BackMarket thus far!!

    Going on two weeks of use and it works great. Battery Life is at 85% which is normal for the age of the phone. Actually came with a screen protector. Had two very small scratches, but is fine with me. all in all it is a great phone with lots of memory. I would definitely buy from Back Market again. I know there were some reviews that might not be the best, but with any used or refurbished item things can happen. But communication and delivery were quick and good. I also, had a trade in. Waiting on that process to complete hopefully it is a smooth as the purchase.

    No issues with delivery. Unboxing was great, although was expecting a Magsafe charger rather than just a USB-C. Body is great with no marks, and the only cosmetic issue is a small scratch/scrape on the screen, although this is barely noticeable and does not affect the screen or performance. Battery health seems good and the Macbook performs as expected for a 5-year-old machine. I use it for music producing, so the 32GB RAM helps a lot. It does have the tendency to use a significant portion of RAM with no tasks running, however this is simply accommodated by the fact that the machine has a significant amount of RAM to use. The speakers work well, and all ports work well. The camera also works as expected and the microphone is good. The keyboard works well, and I have since got a cover for it and the entire macbook in general. The machine originally started with a very outdated MacOS with the system base language set to Croatian, however after some tinkering with the settings, a few hours of downloading updates and a restart, these problems resolved themselves. It does take a minute or two to start-up after a shutdown, however this is manageable. For $800, this is a good machine, so I'm happy its all working. Written two weeks after purchase.

    Device seems to be in fine shape. I have not been able to find any scratches anywhere, screen, back, or sides. Everything I've thought to try seems to work. Battery max capacity was 90%, which could have been better, but is what was promised. A week later it is 89% ... but it could have been at the boundary of 90%, so probably no need to panic at this time.

    Super clean, like new. Let the first owner pay for the depreciation. Oddly, a few things were wonky with the OS after I started using it. Tried to sign in to my VPN after I installed it, at first it froze and would not then it tried to sign me in with an unrecognized email address. I suspected some malware was installed on the machine, so I did a complete wipe and re-installed the OS, things seem fine now. I'm not saying 100% it happened, but enough odd things happened to make me suspicious.

    I got the ‘Good’ option and it was great! If you’re not worried about a scratch here and there on the edges or the back this is a great option! With a case you can’t see anything! Screen was perfect and the back, that’s all that matters to me. Was very easy to go to a service provided and get it. Definitely recommend! No problems work fine, maximum capacity for battery is 96%.
