    It was easy to transfer over everything from my old MacBook Air, literally down to the tabs I had open. I am still getting accustomed to the double press/click on the touch pad on the 2024 MacBook, which initially frustrated me when I attempted to highlight and copy text. I do miss the thin frame around the screen of my 2017 MacBook and the USB ports (this one uses USB-C), but it seems Apple had other ideas for upgrading. Everything else about the new MacBook is smooth and familiar, and it came in stellar condition.

    The phone seems to be in great shape and working as it should. I feel like they should have replaced the battery as part of the reconditioning as the health is only 87. They did offer to let me return the phone, but by that point I had already transferred everything over. I asked for a small credit which they would not provide. Not sure if I will use them again in the future, but probably not.

    This is my first time buying refurbished, so a little nervous. The device arrived without any blemishes, so I was relieved to see that! I did have a few issues… the color was not the one I chose. The box said blue (as ordered), but the phone is white. It also has 85% battery life… was disappointed because that seems low, but could be fine. Also, the charger doesn’t seem secure when attached and easily falls out when the phone is touched. Worried that may be an issue later. Overall, it has loaded everything from my old phone and seems to be working well.
