    The phone was in excelled condition as labeled when I bought it. The battery health was at 88%, which is not ideal but it is still above the 80% standard that was set by Back Market which is good. The phone is fast and works well as expected, and the screen and back are both flawless. Only issues have been a tendency to overheat, but this is a common issue with the phone since it came out, rather than an issue with the refurbishing. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend others to buy their phones through Back Market in the future.

    Backmarket is rad. Not only do I love that they recycle and refurbish electronics to keep them out of landfills and the like, but they are completely transparent about the condition and quality of the products they sell. I got exactly what was described and my iPhone 13 mini is great. Best phone I have owned as of yet. And less than a third of what a new phone would cost. Highly recommended!

    I ordered a Premium Build for my MacBook Air because the description said it would be refurbished with all Genuine Apple Parts. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed they included a 3rd party charger and USB-C cable (instead of the MagSafe cable these computers can use for power to avoid using one of the 2 USB-C ports to charge.) I wrote to customer care and was brushed off saying accessories were 3rd party and sent a link to this stipulation I had never seen. When you advertise Genuine Apple parts, you should include Genuine Apple Accessories, or state specifically on your site that 3rd party power will be sent. Disappointed and I will probably not shop with Black Market again.

    Absolutely obsessed. I’ve had the same Acer Windows computer for over 8 years now, and as a grad gift to myself I bought this computer. I love it! I got it in excellent condition and it came in perfect condition- looks brand new! I swear I’ve been on this thing since 9am this morning (it’s 5:30pm now) and it has worked so great!
