    The device came in very good condition, only a few paint scratches at the bottom speaker grill and charging port which is very normal aging for a colored device. Battery health was 84% which is good. Screen is flawless and the device works just as new. I definitely recommend.

    Machine is fantastic, good quality, works fine, but battery needed service right out of the box, would lose 35percent battery in 25 min sitting idle let alone doing tasks of any kind, customer service was prompt, but after reaching out the only options I had been given were to just return the laptop, which I couldn’t do as I work daily with it now, was trying for some of a refund to offset repair cost or to have a battery sent to me but that wasn’t the case I’ll be taking it in to get repairs done, It is a used laptop I get, nothings perfect, But figured the battery would’ve been check if it’s “refurbished”

    Everything went well except that there is no receipt or voucher for the 24 month insurance. I would like to have that handy in case things go wrong. I understand that I can take the computer to any apple store, is that correct? again, I have no paper work or receipt on that.... if it's a year from now, it will be hard to find.
