    Laptop came in excellent condition! Only complaint would be that the refurbisher put a paper based sticker on the top of the case that I had to use rubbing alcohol to get off fully.

    I’m happy with the Mac book and price but it’s very disappointing that I had to send it back to be replaced. It’s sad that I was sent a MacBook that had WiFi connection issues. I contacted apple support and they weren’t able to fix the issue… I’m a college student and had to send my Mac book back for a replacement. It’s difficult to be without a computer for 2 weeks… the new one I was sent is perfect. That’s what it should’ve been in the first place. Your customer support is good tho.

The screen is in very good shape, the keys all work, the sound is excellent, and the battery has plenty of life on it. When we tried to contact the company only got AI generated responses, then my wife started reading reviews on this place through reddit and facebook and they have a habit of sending the wrong device then when you attempt to return the device they just keep it and your money and ghost you.
