    Item never arrived. Seller waited until the last possible hour to inform me they did not have another available. Then I requested a refund from them and have to wait again. This was a poor seller and should not reflect directly from back market. I have ordered quite a few things from back market and never had this happen. While completely frustrating I just will never order from this particular seller again. 0/10 for them. 10/10 for back market customer service for doing what they could for me.

    Stay away from this seller and BackMarket in general. First phone I received was not of the correct quality, there were visible scratches on the screen, so I returned it and they sent me a replacement phone. Second phone I receive was a international version of the s24 ultra, even though this listing specifically is selling the US model, so my mobile service doesn't work properly (also the phone was unlocked and not locked tmobile). After I send back this phone I specifically ask "does this seller actually have a US model phone", customer support says yes the seller does have it and you'll receive a replacement, but lo and behold once they receive my phone they just give me a refund and say the seller just miraculously doesn't have it anymore and that they're out of stock. This went on for the span of a month, and especially for my second return I would've preferred if they just gave me a refund so I didn't have to waste my time waiting for them to receive my phone expecting to get a replacement, only to never get it. And to top it all off, all they could give me as consolation was a 5% discount code, a complete joke. Maybe your experience will be better, but understand this situation is very possible and you will have wasted your time for nothing when you could've gotten your phone from a different seller/site.
