    Not sure what "excellent" means, but it looks like someone closed their sandwich in the laptop and left it for me. Maybe this is considered a 'value add'? Hopefully no spoiled coffee waiting for me under the hood. An issue with the purchasing on this site is that you don't actually know where the product is coming from until after you make the purchase, so you can't determine the reputability of the actual vendor who's shipping it. In my case it appears to be "Loop Mobile". I am hoping that the thing works and there's some battery life left. It came with an aftermarket (used?) charger, and no charge on the battery. The keys are well-worn shiny in all the places you'd expect a heavily used machine of three years, but this is in the 'Fair' category if it works. It was to be a gift, but there's a lot of cleaning and confirming left to do. For the price and purpose, new would have been better. We've had decent experiences with Backmarket before, and I bought two at once this time, so got my fingers crossed the next one is better than this. But not super psyched at the moment.

    The laptop was not in excellent condition as listed. The keyboard was very warn and in order to get most of the keys to work you had to hit them very hard. For what I paid this was a very bad transaction. I'm hopefull returning the unit for a refund will go well. If not, I would not purchase from Back Market again. Another item is the rating shown in this review is not accurate. I selected one star for the rating and the system is show 2.8/5 not 1/5 as I requested.

    Overall great laptop. Took 7 extra days to arrive after I paid extra to arrive before Christmas. Also I noticed two very small lines going from top to bottom about a 1/2 centimeter apart. Only can see it against pure white screen, so hopefully does not spread or worsen. Overall 8 out of 10.

    Great phone for what you pay for! No doubt in great condition BUT let an accident happen…one that happens and don’t know how it happened since youve been careful since youve had it….. (only had it for 20 days and put all the protective gear on it to literally prevent this from happening) the warranty that covers it is trash. The extended warranty that you pay EXTRA for can’t be used until theirs (Back Market/seller’s) is expired. It sucks really and I made the mistake of assuming that a warranty, especially from a third party, had all the fixings. Given the fact that it is a third party or just what most warranties usually have. So once again the product is great in working condition and great appearance but a questionable and unfamiliar cracked back cover screen is out of the question for help.
