    I ordered an unlocked IPhone 13 and received a locked IPhone 13 which I obviously can't use. My current phone is dead which is why I ordered a new phone. So now I'm looking at another 7 to 10 days at a minimum to recieve what I actually ordered. I have a full time job and 3 kids to say this is an inconvenience would be the understatement of the century.

    I was sold a STOLEN phone. Purchased back in January, no issues until suddenly out of nowhere my phone wasn’t connecting to the cellular network. I was able to contact AT&T who informed me that the phone I’m using was reported as stolen by a previous owner and this was the reason I was blocked from their cellular network. There’s apparently nothing they can do on their end because my phone has been blacklisted. Clearly a technician or contractor didn’t do their due diligence in checking on this during the refurbishment process. I need to get this issue resolved and someone from Backmarket needs to respond to my email ASAP.
