    The roller in the vacuum only works about 20% of the time so I have to revert back to my old vacuum. When you use the hand held with the attachment even on full boost mode, suction isn’t all the great. It’s an ok vacuum, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Overall, the laptop looks great, but under certain lighting, you can see minimal scratches on the body. The battery is in good condition with only 90 cycles, which is great. The laptop works like a charm—no scratches on the screen or the interior, and the keyboard looks brand new. However, I have to say I’m very disappointed with the charger.     Amazing customer service! It might be the best customer service of any company I've dealt with lately. I initially lost my headphone so I purchased a new one, and then I found it right when the product arrived. So they created an easy label and start of the refund process. I accidentally put that label on something else I was mailing out that day that was being returned. They worked on rerouting it back to me and creating a new label so I could get them back the headphone. I was very stressed, about mailing the wrong things. And they're amazing customer service helped calm me as they took care of the whole situation quickly and with care!!!
