    The product is amazing just has a few flaws. Fully turns off sometimes Screen will change color with faded lines apple logo will sort of be burned into screen for short period Screen doesn’t respond sometimes I just got it from back market too and this is my second phone so I am not upset loved my first one not 1 problem! Hoping to get some help with this one though!

    Excellent product at a great price. Shipped fast and received as described. Only hassle was that they said they would ship a second package with a return envelope and label for my trade-in and it never arrived which was just stressful and confusing. Eventually had to ship it myself to get the refund on the trade-in but it was an extra hassle they said wouldn’t be needed. Otherwise solid!

    this screen was NOT as advertised/purchased in excellent condition, which according to the description is free of any scratches. this phone had a few small scratches. this is the second time I've purchased a phone with this issue on Back Market so I doubt I'll be using this company again. if this is a seller issue Back Market needs to do something to prevent this from occuring in the first place as I should not have to deal with refunds and sending things back and forth as when I need a phone I need it quickly.

    The iPhone 11 Pro I bought showed a battery capacity of 99%, however the battery drain was super fast. The phone got really hot, and there was something wrong with either the screen or other electronic component making the screen flash occasionally. I sent it back for a refund and received my refund quickly. Navigating the site can be annoying, there are many broken links. I’d be reading through return policies and “click here for info on x” and just end up on a 404 page. This worried me, but I returned within the 30 day window and didn’t get any pushback.

    I had bought another laptop from another seller on here I won’t mention their name but they sold me a dud , this computer however is in pristine condition physically and internally , it’s fast, holds charge like its brand new , not a single cosmetic imperfection and the keyboard feels great! I’m not sure how anyone had trouble with the butterfly keyboard unless they were just eating around it with every use. Very happy , will definitely be using this seller in the future!!
