    Unfortunately the unit I ordered which was “excellent” quality had a visible scratches and please not you will have 85% battery health even for excellent grade. I have sent it back I will wait for a refund and get a premium level. The customer care is very helpful so far. Other wise the device was fully usable

    Device was in good working order. Easy to set up and was mostly as described. Safely packaged with accessories which is always a huge plus. My only concern was that the charging cable was aftermarket (not the biggest deal) but it would have been nice to note that the accessories were aftermarket. Also, the laptop itself was pretty dirty. Stains all over the screens and the entire body had grime spots. After receiving the item I had to spend 10-15 minutes wiping down the body with alcohol on cotton balls and using lens wipes and a microfiber cloth to get the screen to crystal clear and using a can of duster to get into the crevices. Finally I got it to a pristine condition. After cleaning it up, the body was in great condition but I feel like this is something that should have been done prior to shipment. It just literally looked like this was sitting in someone's garage collecting dust/dirt and fingerprints for months before it was shipped to me. Presentation upon arrival was genuinely my only concern. Otherwise item was in the condition as described and was fully functioning with no technical issues.

    Absolutely PERFECT! i got the excellent one and it only came with a tiny scratch not even on the screen. But unfortunately they sent me a lightning charger and this phone uses USB-C but on the bright side the battery health at 100! with 10 cycles so im very happy about my purchase and ofc! i will be back when its time to get anything else.
