    I had high hopes for this phone. I always wanted the Sierra Blue phone and thought I lucked out when I found this! I paid for the premium quality, which was supposed to have no signs of use. The first phone arrived with slight scratches. It was not a big deal only because the battery was at 100% health. I decided to overlook it. Once night had come, I noticed that the phone screen was severely flashing/flickering on dark screens, and the left side of the screen appeared brighter than the right. Because I paid for premium quality, I requested a repair or replacement. The second phone I received was visually worse, with marks around the cameras and scratches on the sides. This phone had the same flickering issue, but to be fair to Loop, it also had a brand new battery. Unfortunately, I could not wait for another phone and had to buy one elsewhere. Due to the timing of this, I could not purchase a refurbished phone and had to buy a new one from my carrier. I really wanted this to work out, but could not risk waiting for another phone that may also have functionality issues. Loop Mobile should start including tests in low light to check for these issues.

    The laptop works amazing so far however the charger given with the order has some sort of internal shortage? It’d be plugged in fully but would make the noise of it being plugged out and not charge the laptop.

    I was erroneously recommended this case by Backmarket for an iPad Pro 12.9 it was not compatible with because of the different camera bump. I didn’t bother to check, because I was told this was commonly ordered with a 2022 iPad Pro (I ended up receiving a 2020 instead smh). Huge headache, I ended up returning all three items I bought from Backmarket and just got everything from Amazon instead. Quicker and less of a hassle.

    Let me list every reason this transaction was horrible. 1. When my delivery arrived, the FedEx Delivery person had the wrong address and didn’t attempt to call/text for confirmation. This lead to me, a disabled person, to have to take a day off work just to make the trip down to Inglewood to pick it up myself because there was no way for me to contact the shipper to fix the address. 2. When my refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived, which I paid for Premium Condition, it was slightly dirty, as well as the fact that the back camera was loose and making noise, causing all my video and audio recordings to have a static noise. 3. I still have no way to contact the seller, and I want to replace my phone. But since I can’t contact the seller to see if they have an exact replacement or if I can switch it out for a new model, I’m stuck with a phone that I have no use for, and the more I wait on Back Market to help me the longer and more costly it will be for me to get the phone i PAID FOR. I paid for a premium quality phone and all I got was a phone with physical damage, stress, and wasted time. All i wanted was to buy a new phone and I’m just so sad that this has gone so south.

    Speedy delivery and very happy with the MacBook Air. It's a 2020 model but looks and runs like brand new! I love the color and a few feartures that my older Air did not have, like finger ID instead of typing my password.
