    I was shipped a faulty off brand non OEM charger. Not even sure it was UL or miFi. I requested a new one. The vendor gave me a $20 refund. I asked Back Market to help, since this didn’t seem like the kind of experience they wanted to create for their customers. I asked them to send me a charger since you sell them on your website. Instead, I was given another $20 credit. I’m running out of options, I hope this reaches someone with the clarity to simply send me what the correct charger for the computer I purchased.
