    I have had this phone from the start of 2023 but this week I had to get ahold of my phone network because nothing was working they told me that my phone has been black listed and that whoever had my phone before me most likely called and reported my phone stolen. I cannot call or use my data and the whole thing has been a hassle, I most likely will have to get a new phone.

    Computer looks great / like new. Can’t speak much on performance since they forgot to send me a charger with it. Contacted BackMarket support and they offered me $30 (Brand new chargers cost $120, cheapest on Amazon is $60) or to wait for the seller to send it to me (but that it would take a while depending on their stock). I didn’t want to sit around waiting for the charger so I opted for the $30 credit and bought a charger off Amazon. I later noticed that BackMarket doesn’t even have the proper charger (USB-C to MagSafe 3). All-in-all a pretty good deal but not the best buying experience. Kinda wish I went with Amazon Renewed instead.

    Computer was is in great condition - no issues there. I am disappointed that it didn’t ship with a genuine Apple charger, but instead came with an off brand charger that is similar to what comes in the box. The charging cable and brick seems to work fine for now, but I’m concerned for the longevity of it. I wish this would’ve been communicated before purchase.
