    I had my 128g 13mini for two years but the memory is not enough for me anymore, so I got an excellent condition 512g here. It’s actually a little dirty when I open the box, there was dirt on the charging cable too. The phone is good, though still some scratches on the top side, not as perfect as mine is protected but generally good! Battery health is 87% it’s ok. Generally good experience.

    I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max but received and iPhone 14 Pro. I have already moved over all the apps and initialized the phone before I tried to put on the protective case I ordered. It was too large as that's when I realized it was for the Pro Max and not the Pro. So, not only do I have the wrong phone and model but the wrong protective case for what was sent. I will be engaging with BackMarket for a refund but not sure what their response will be yet.

    I got this laptop not in October 20th of this year. Three weeks later we went away with the family and the MacBook Air was good and working. When we came back the Mac had a crock in the middle of the screen and not working anymore. I've reached out to the seller, but what he did was remove the warranty because of the screen. The seller doesn't want to talk to me, so I have to have someone in the middle to communicate with the seller. I explained to them that it was not my fault, but the seller didn't care about that. I paid for the MCA almost $700 and the seller thinks I will be just throwing money on the drain? This was my first time getting a refurbished MCA. I will never again buy from this seller. I went to buy from here because I Back Market at Best Buy website, so I thought that was a good place to purchase from. I was so wrong. Please save your money and don't buy from this seller. The seller is a thief. What a way to get someone's money. I will find a way to resolve this issue because I won't throw away my money like that. I even sent them some reviews about people having the same issues from Google, but still didn't care to help.

"Excellent" means perfect screen, but there were small but noticeable scratches. Phone arrived with battery nearly dead instead of nearly charged. A sloppy job. Would not use this refurbisher again.
