    I bought a macbook air and it had poor battery life, overheated, and the fan ran constantly. I have had it replaced twice. This was a very smooth and speedy process. However, this failed to address the problem. Each time, the computer I received had the exact same issues. I will now be returning the device and purchasing from another company.

    Not in excellent condition despite what the description claimed. Two obvious scuffs, viewable from at most 2 feet. The charger is a fake that overheats every charge to the point I replaced it with a real Apple Watch charger to avoid battery damage. And the band is also a fake, although great quality. One great thing is battery health arrived with 97%.

    I Would've given it 5 starts, but there's a small dent on the corner, and getting my military discount was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, the computer came on time and it looks and performs like new. I would recommend Back Market, this is my second purchase here.

    My MacBook from back market is working great! The only complaint I have is that I ordered an excellent condition device, and while for the most part the condition was accurate to my selection there is a noticeable scratch with some finish rubbed off on the back and a ding on the side. These are minor cosmetic issues that obviously don’t affect functionality however I was a bit disappointed when I noticed them. Can’t really complain though, the device works great. In some way it makes me feel more at ease having those flaws considering I would constantly be worried about scratching a brand new unit.
