    So far, it works like a charm. This is the first iPhone I’ve had since the iPhone 4. I like the features on this phone and, as far as I can tell, it works as good as new. I do wish that the charging block had been included but otherwise, I can’t imagine buying another phone or device from anyone but Back Market!

    Ordered an S22+ Unlocked because it was a good deal at a lower "hot deal" price. The phone that arrived was indeed an S22+ and as far as I could tell was in good refurbished condition, however it was NOT unlocked, but rather it was locked to T-Mobile, which is not my provider. I sent it back for a replacement, expecting to receive what I paid for. instead I got a refund which is not sufficient to buy another S22+. Very frustrating to think you've gotten a good deal only for the seller to not fulfill what is advertised.

    So far so good, i went for the excellent option and the battery was 100% capacity which is great. Unfortunately there were small visible scratches on the front screen, despite the description for excellent being a “perfect condition screen” but you can’t see them from far away/ once I put a screen protector on. Overall very happy, good phone, fast delivery, saved money and better for the environment!
